Dear David: I wanted to stop and take a moment to send you a letter of thanks for all your hard work. A.W., J.W., and I owe you a debt of gratitude. This has been a humiliating and traumatic experience for us as a family. The stress has been unbearable for us and frankly, if it were not for your hard work, patience and understanding, I don't think we could have made it. Our family has become closer than ever because of this and for that I am humbly grateful. I know that this experience has made me a better person and sincerely regret the pain that I have caused to my siblings and the good people of Rockland County. Please express my thanks to Donna and all those who have assisted you in my behalf. Thank you again. Best R.W.
We walked a terrible journey you and I. For you, just another tragic case, for me, the hell of my life time. I need to tell you that through it all you were the only consistent ally I had. So I needed to let you know that you never let me down. Your strength, knowledge, and kindness was always there for me. People say negative things about attorneys. I cannot join them after working with you. So I tell them a fine man exists, Mr. David, and I am proud to call him my attorney. Jodi
Dear Attorney Goldstein: I would hereby like to express my deepest appreciation to you on how well you handled my case. Your appearance in court alone speaks volumes. I must say you did an outstanding job. In particular, you did a great job in making sure that I continue to visit and speak to my daughter. For this I and my daughter would like to express our deepest appreciation to you. You were a pleasure working with. A.R.
Dear David, I would like to thank you for representing me last Friday with my DWI case in a somewhat hostile environment. It seemed that the judge was in a bad mood and did not want to hear our arguments. Due to your litigation skills and out of the court room efforts, my expected jail sentence of 6-9 months was reduced to two weekends. I am very grateful to you and your staff and with you a very happy holiday season. H.B.
Hi Kim! We all hope you and your family are doing well. We wanted to let you know we had a wonderful summer with the three grandchildren. We are doing our best to wipe out the last two years they went through in foster care. They have started Pre-K, Head Start, and Kindergarten, and they all seem to love school. We hope you had a wonderful summer also! Take care. P.S. Thank you. the C. Family
Dear Kim; Thank you for helping me get through the most difficult and heartbreaking time in my life. Regards. Evelyn R.
Dear Kim, Our family sends you and your staff hear felt thanks for your services and attention. These last few months for Kevin have been trying times with minimal contact with his daughter. But due to your presence and backing as his attorney in his last court appearance, he felt like he ‘could smile a little.’ We know that the judge is the ruling authority for Kevin’s custody and visitation rights. We are forever in your debt for helping the judge to see his side of the story before making her final decision. Regardless of the outcome, your efforts are priceless to our family. We are forever in your debt. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! God Bless you! Kevin and Family
Wow Kim what an amazing job you did on that motion! Thank you so much!! I read through the entire thing and read through the depositions last night. If I were the Judge I would totally rule in our favor! M.S.
Kim: I wanted to say thank you for everything you've done so far. I woke up today almost as happy as the day Jack was born, knowing I'm finally going to see him again. That wouldn't be happening without your help so thank you both. Matt
Hi Kim. Happy New Year to you! I just wanted to say thank you for doing a great job on my case. Things are peaceful now and C.S. and I are actually getting along really well for the kids. We plan birthday parties together and I go into the house (briefly) to spend time with the kids. Hope things are well with you. Best, A.S.
I have more than benefited from Kim's legal prowess regarding issues of custody, visitation, and child support. Frankly, words cannot possibly express the strength of my recommendation for Kim Rayner. Ms. Rayner is a brilliant courtroom advocate for her clients. Earliest on, and throughout my court experience, Kim listened and empathized as I shared my reasons for seeking sole custody of my special needs child. In turn, she presented my situation as well as my child's situation to the judge and I was awarded sole custody...A.H.
